Case Delivery

For most financial advisors and their clients, the delivery process can be confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes frustrating depending on the paperwork needing to be signed, the delivery timeframe allotted by the carrier, etc.  Our goal of ensuring that the entire process is as painless as possible doesn’t stop just because the policy has been mailed for delivery, or because the case has been officially issued.  As a result, TailorMade Financial's concierge services are far from completion when the delivery process begins.  We are available for delivery assistance to the very end, and we pride ourselves on walking the client and their financial advisor through the process in detail.  We believe that the entire case delivery process is not officially completed until the signed delivery paperwork has been returned to the carrier, and we also believe that our case delivery concierge duties have not been fulfilled until this has occurred as well.  Just like with TailorMade Financial’s processing & case management concierge services, our goal is to make this final step as low maintenance and as easy as possible for clients and their financial advisors.
